E a ciência está finalmente validando essa verdade. A maioria das pessoas que vivem mais de 100 anos têm jardinagem em comum ... e vivem mais e com menos estresse.
Agora, mais do que nunca, é o momento de priorizar não apenas sua saúde, mas também sua qualidade de vida para você, suas comunidades, suas famílias neste esforço global para regenerar o solo da Terra.
